Orders and stock out of WhatsApp
A recycled paper mill ran its stock and accounts through WhatsApp messages and the MD’s own workbook. One app with five roles, approvals and live stock replaced both.

You already run packaged software — AutoCount, SQL Account, SAP Business One, Dynamics. The expensive work is what it does not cover: dealer orders on WhatsApp, stock questions answered by phone, a spreadsheet beside the ERP. Devs Core, a US software company, builds the layer that closes that gap, with nothing written to your records until a named person approves it.
Where it starts
The businesses we build for here run a package that handles the standard work well. These are the sentences that tell us the rest is costing them.
Distribution and wholesale
“Half the order book arrives on WhatsApp.”
How we fix it for distribution and wholesaleDistribution and wholesale
“The phone rings all day with ‘is it in stock?’”

“Dispatch lives in a spreadsheet beside the ERP.”

“Our platform can’t handle chapters.”

We do not sell an ERP and we do not ask you to replace one. We build what sits beside it — the dealer portal, the stock answers, the dispatch view, the approval queue — and we prove the integration against your own data before a build is quoted.
How it works
Our founder is based in Kuala Lumpur and meets clients in person there, and in Singapore by arrangement. You describe the process that is costing you; we say whether it is worth building.
If a standard product already does what you need, we name it, compare three years of cost on both sides, and tell you to buy it. Custom software only makes sense where the package structurally cannot fit.
Two weeks against a copy or sandbox of your data: a working proof of the sync and a written list of what your ERP will and will not permit, before any build is quoted. It starts with the AI Readiness Audit.
Nothing writes into live financial records unattended. Every change waits for a named person to approve it, and the system earns more autonomy only with evidence, one rung of the Autonomy Ladder at a time.
Proof
The work we can show you was delivered for clients in the United States and Bangladesh. The problems are the ones we hear in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

We find out against your own data before you pay for a build.
The discovery includes an integration spike on a copy or sandbox of your system: a working sync and a written list of what the ERP will and will not permit. If it cannot be done safely, you hear that before you have spent on a build.
Buy the package if it covers the requirement.
We name the closest product, check the failing requirement against its documentation, and compare three years of cost on both sides. Custom is worth it only where the requirement is structural, not habit.
Not at first.
Every write into a system of record waits in a reviewed queue until a named person approves it, and every action is logged. The agent earns more autonomy only with evidence: an approval record, a measured error rate and a written sign-off.
You do, in full: documented, in your own repository, with no licence fees and no runtime we keep hold of.
Thirty minutes, no preparation, no deck. You describe what keeps going wrong and we tell you whether AI is the answer — including when it is not.
