Terms

Terms of use

These cover the website — reading it, quoting it, and what our published prices actually commit us to. Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this page, and where the two differ the agreement wins.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of devs-core.com. They are between you and Devs Core LLC, registered in Florida at 1815 Pams Way, Geneva, FL 32732, United States.

They do not govern work we do for clients. That is covered by the proposal, statement of work or agreement we sign with you, and where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.

Prices and packages on this site

We publish our prices, which is unusual enough to be worth explaining. A published figure — the AI Readiness Audit at $2,400, the Agent Pilot from $6,500, the Access Layer from $8,000, maintenance from the figures on the packages page — describes the scope written beside it on that page, at the time you read it.

It is an invitation to talk, not an offer capable of acceptance. What binds either of us is a written scope we have both agreed. Figures marked "from" are starting points; a fixed figure applies to the scope as described and changes if the scope does.

We may change published prices. A change never affects a scope already agreed in writing.

What is on the site

Our articles, case studies and capability pages are written to be useful and are accurate as far as we know at the time. They are not advice for your situation, and no page here creates a professional relationship between us.

Case studies describe work we did, with figures the client agreed we could publish. Several are published without a client name because that is the condition under which we may describe them. Our own products are labelled as ours wherever they appear, so nothing on this site implies a client we do not have.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify software we integrate with or clients we worked for, not to imply endorsement.

Who owns what

The design, code, text and images of this site belong to Devs Core LLC. You may read, share and quote it with attribution and a link. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model for commercial resale.

Work we build for a client is different, and deliberately so: the client owns 100% of the source code we write for them, handed over in their own repository, with no licence fee and no runtime of ours in the path. That commitment lives in the engagement agreement, which is where it is enforceable.

Using the site

Use it for its purpose. Do not attempt to break into it, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking, scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else, or submit anything through our forms that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to send us.

We allow AI crawlers deliberately — being cited in an answer is part of why we write. That permission covers reading and citing with attribution. It does not cover republishing our pages as someone else's content.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email us before you tell anyone else and we will work with you.

Availability, and what we do not promise

We try to keep the site up and correct, and we will not promise that it always will be. It is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose of yours.

Links and embedded tools — our booking calendar among them — are operated by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for what happens on their side.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to $100.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for work under a signed agreement is dealt with in that agreement and is not capped by this clause.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights you cannot contract out of, you keep those rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
